Meanwhile, Andō has also teamed up with Zero Foodprint Asia, an initiative that supports local farmers’ efforts to sequester carbon through regenerative agriculture. By implementing a 1% carbon tax per meal that goes to Zerofoodprint Asia, Andō aims to build a low-carbon community one meal at a time.”
