We know plans can change, so we are happy to postpone your visit at a more convenient date. Please inform us at least 24 hours prior the date, after which any payment made will be forfeit.
This will also apply in case of no-show.
We are sorry to inform you that we are not able to proceed any refund and will be delighted to assist in rescheduling your is it within 30 days period after the original booking date.
Please note that your deposit is secured through a third party, Stripe. In case of refund, Stripe will keep 5% of your deposit as processing fee.
