We are sorry to inform you that once a deposit payment is made to secure a booking, we are unable to proceed any refund.
We know plans can change and we will be delighted to assist in rescheduling your table within a 30 days period after the original booking date.
Please note that your deposit is secured through a third party company, Stripe. In case of refund, Stripe will charge you 5% of your deposit as processing fee. The restaurant will not be able to support this charge in your stead.
In case of no show, any payment made will be forfeit.
